“FLE” classes

In France, many organisations offer FLE classes (FLE stands for « Français langue étrangère » – French as a foreign language). OFII offers a map of French classes in all France (map below).

Alliances françaises, private and public language schools, linguistic training companies, university centers, higher education establishments… offer certifying trainings at different prices. Locally, some universities and associations also offer free or low-cost French classes at different levels. For more information, go to your city’s mairie (city hall).
